All IoT Awards 2022 nominations were evaluated by an independent panel of experts within the IoT industry, with the winning projects and companies selected based on a variety of criteria, including the most innovative and technologically advanced products and services.

- The “Gold” award with the SMARTY project under the Maritime/ Cargo Handling category of the IoT for Transport section.
- The “Silver” award with the TETHYS project under the Water/ Wastewater category of the IoT for Industry section.
- The “Silver” award with the HELIOS project under the Wind/ Solar category of the IoT for Industry section.
